At Sericoffe, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order — even if the silk coffee filter has been used.
Conditions for Returns

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Used items are accepted only if they have been properly cleaned and are free of damage.

Items must be returned in a hygienic condition suitable for inspection.

Returns showing excessive wear, damage, or improper use may be refused.
How to Request a Return

We will reply with return instructions once your request is approved.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
